02 · features

What it does

Real-time scanning

Access points and their associated clients appear live as the backend streams events.

Device identification

Automatic manufacturer lookup from an OUI database generated at install time.

Cross-platform backends

Linux (tshark / aireplay-ng), Windows, and the BW16 embedded microcontroller.

Security analysis

Spot open and WEP networks, and inspect authentication and encryption per access point.

Live logging

A built-in console reports warnings, successes and errors as they happen.

WebSocket or Serial

Connect over the network, or straight to hardware over a serial port.

03 · how it works

One interface, any backend

The app is a static front-end that talks to a scanner you run yourself — a Linux tshark backend, a Windows scanner, or the BW16 firmware — over WebSocket or Serial. Nothing is sent to a server you don't control.
